E-Permit not issued due to Failed Transaction/Server Error
In a case where a financial transaction is successful but E-permit could not be
issued due to Site response/failure then refund will be made within 15-20 business
days by particular bank. In case of high public dependency on particular website,
GSLCS is unable to issue an E-permit for such cases. Kindly reopen the website and
go for E-permit booking or wait for bank payment gateway to get your refund.
Unable to print E-permit
The problem occurs mostly due to blocked pop-up for the particular browser on user
side. You have to allow pop up in your browser to get print out from your registered
account. In case of post payment if prints are not generated, you can open up booking
history from your account of GSLCS website. You can re-download/print particular
E-permit.
*Ensure that your popup for the internet browser should be allowed for print out
of E-permit.
Unable to Click on Pay Now/Payment
All the detail of Travelers must be filled / checked in boxes asked in detail form.
Proof details must be entered with valid identity card. As we are facing higher
response on website may be payment gateway is unable to respond you. You have to
wait for that particular transaction or go for another one after sometime.
How to get Refund for cancellation of E-permits?
There will be
“NO REFUND”
for cancellation of E-permit
for Gir Jungle Trail/Devalia safari park.
*No further changes will be applicable on already generated E-permits.
How many days before we can book E-permits?
At earliest a person can apply E-Permit 3 months before and at most 48 hours prior
to date of Gir Jungle Trail/ Devalia Safari Park visit.
Applicable changes in E-permit charges
Normal Days (Mon-Fri)/ Sat-Sun / Festival day’s rates will be applicable for Gir
Jungle Trail/ Devalia Safari Park visit as per terms. (See terms and Conditions)

Due to high server response you may get your password in delay. You can register
with new email id for your registration in GSLCS booking for the same manner.
Whether Travel companies can be registered with GSCLS?
GSLCS Jungle trail & Devalia Safari E-permit booking is made to provide facility
for tourists and not for professional tour operators. Bulk booking is also not allowed
above 6 persons.

Route and other information of Gir Jungle Trail Visit will be provided on the basis
of permit numbers on reporting time at Reception center, Sasan-Gir.

Online E-permit information Query Timings
E-permits queries are fetched from the computerized reservation applications/Emails/Telephone.
Queries about e-permits can be asked by phone/email on Every Monday to Saturday
during 10:30am to 6:00pm (IST).
